Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at universalsolution.shopify@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, and final sale items) cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us and we’ll arrange it quickly.
